ONE COMPANY'S STORY

Tivoly, Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of France-based Tivoly S.A., employs 160 people in Derby Lane. Tivoly is a manufacturer of high-speed cutting tools used in many industries, in particular the automotive, machine tool and metalworking industries. The company sells these products to retail distributors as well as industrial purchasers. While Vermont is the only U.S. state in which Tivoly operates, the company also has plants in France, Spain and Italy.
