French Customer Service Firm to Add 500 Jobs at New Henrico Call Center

A company that provides customer services for global clients is planning to open a call center in Henrico County that will create about 500 jobs over the next two years. Teleperformance, which is based in France, is opening a customer service center in 50,000 square feet of office space.

Medical Firm to Add Jobs in Whitney

DOT GmbH, a medical coating technology provider, is investing $4.5 million to lease, renovate and equip a building in Columbia City’s Blue River Industrial Park, state officials said. DOT America Inc., which opened in October, is creating up to 20 new high-wage jobs in the next two years. The orthopedics company in Rostock, Germany, has already started hiring at the 17,520-square-foot Columbia City location. DOT’s coating treatment is used on medical implants and instruments.
